About the role… 

This person will be responsible for managing the operational and production elements of events and installation; acting as the key operational contact working with event and media brand partners and the internal Harvey Nichols teams to ensure all productions and events are installed and operate brilliantly.

  • Working with the Brand Partnerships and Events Manager to deliver all instore events and installations, managing all event logistics and operations.
  • Generating and pro-actively reviewing both the events strategy and individual events to ensure and enhance the events success.
  • Management of all event clients / partners and production companies such as AV
  • On the day event operations management
  • Working with the relevant marketing and PR managers on event communications
  • Working closely with all HN business unites such as Beauty, fashion and F&B to deliver seamless instore and virtual experiences for customers and press.
  • Liaise with AV suppliers as well as external production companies to create unique set builds for our events.
  • Creating comms & event reports to help senior management team with making strategic decisions on future projects.
  • Working closely with in-store hospitality team to create bespoke guest experiences within our KB store.
  • Management of post event evaluations
  • Budget management
  • Creating and presenting bespoke event proposals
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy event working environment and adhering to event best practice.
  • Any other duties within the department, where necessary
