Harvey Nichols as a business is currently hugely focused on the online channel and has a strong and extremely ambitious growth plan for their online business in the coming years.To support this growth, we are seeking a strong and capable Ecommerce Coordinator to assist across all aspects of the online business.

You will be involved in coordinating the day-to-day maintenance and smooth running of the UK, Hong Kong and International Harvey Nichols websites.  You will work closely with the Ecommerce Director to support in all areas of online growth and will liaise with the Digital Marketing team and in-house UX and Web Development team to ensure that support is provided where required for all online projects.

What you will be doing: 

  • Coordination of all Ecommerce campaigns from brief creation, development and execution
  • Coordination of weekly site changes and brand page refreshes
  • Support and assist the Ecommerce Director across all aspects of the online business
  • Assist with the rollout of projects from fast paced online roadmap -requirements gathering, testing, bug reporting and ongoing monitoring
  • Google analytics - reporting and monitoring against key web metrics
  • Daily review of competitor luxury online retail landscape
  • Assist with promotional and seasonal marketing campaigns and other online sale activations
  • Accountable to ensure the site is reviewed daily across devices, browsers and countries to ensure an optimal journey, and that the focus of each page is driving trade to meet sales targets
  • Work closely with the Digital Commerce Trading Manager and team to ensure key brands are supported
  • Accountable to ensure all hygiene pages, events pages, category copy and other information pages are correct and updated seasonally
  • Responsible for monitoring the competitor landscape by territory
  • Oversee ticket requests for BAU developments across online systems - PIM, Magento and Fred Hopper

About your experience: 

  • Ecommerce professional with at least 2 years’ experience, online fashion/retail experience preferred
  • Experience with Magento or other Enterprise Ecommerce platform preferred
  • Experience with Fredhopper preferable
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience working in an agile environment using tools such as Jira or similar preferable
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

A bit about you: 

  • Must be detail-orientated, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid organisational skills
  • Capable of communicating to all levels within the business
  • A strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products 
  • Knowledge/understanding of Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO preferred
  • A positive, enthusiastic problem solver who relishes a challenge
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent work ethos and good timekeeping
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to constantly evolving work environment
