Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Display and Signage Assistant to join our team in our Bristol Store. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. About the role…

To develop and promote the fashion and food concept of Harvey Nichols in the windows and throughout the store interior displays. 

  • Creating and implementing in-store signage under the guidance of Display Manager, such as in-store branding signage, directional signage, logos, window locations, hospitality and beauty promotional posters, events, local creative commercial projects and sale signage.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and using the vinyl cutter for various in-store projects, with support from Display Manager.
  • Ensuring the signage department is well organised and has the relevant materials available for use.
  • Maintaining store aesthetics and standards
  • Supporting all departments with visual merchandising and space planning.
  • Installing promotional events both in store and externally.
  • Assisting with the production and implementation of display materials for in-store schemes and window displays, ensuring a high standard of execution and excellent attention to detail.
  • Mannequin handling, dressing and styling in line with Designer look books and key trends.
  • Ensure a good standard of housekeeping within the Store in line with Health and Safety regulations.

Is this you? 

  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In Design, Photo Shop)
  • MAC and PC literate.
  • Knowledge in design, signage, graphics, visual merchandising.
  • Store signage and promotional implementation experience is beneficial.
  • Experience working within the Display function in window and interior installations is beneficial.
