As we continously develop our digital propositions our digital development teams are working on more and more exciting and challenging projects. This role as Digital Product Manager will sit with the digital team and enable them to manage the road map and deliverables to the business. This role reports directly to the online management team and works closely with the Scrum Master, Project Managers, Product Owners and UX teams.
You will be an agile guru and be confident in continuously pushing and adjusting the agile practices. This role focuses more on technical delivery, but business accumen is a must.
What you will be doing:
You will develop the overall product/functionality strategy of our ecommerce business across multiple platforms, informed by business goals, consumer and market needs, and competitive insights.
You will develop and own the digital multichannel cross device commerce product roadmap insuring the development teams adhere to business priorities.
You will run weekly roadmap meetings with key stakeholders to communicate clear priorities and deliverables outputs.
You will own the online project management with user centred design methods and analytics insights to both improve overall on-site experience and deliver against conversion metrics.
You will lead the full lifecycle – from ideation, requirements definition, through to delivery – collaborating with teams across the company
You will lead A/B testing methodology to ensure new concepts is exposed to consumers before going live
You will have a strong technical background and prior experience developing web-based consumer products across platforms, using consumer insights and analytics;
You will have product roadmap management experience
You will be able to demonstrate extensive and diverse UX through practise working across all desktop, tablet and importantly mobile devices
You have proven experience in the e-commerce sector.
You have a solid understanding of Internet technologies and product and business trends
You have Agile development experience.
You have the ability to prioritise competing opportunities, balance market needs with business priorities, and drive detailed trade-offs over the product lifecycle, manage conflict, and articulate the rationale behind decisions.
You have the passion for usability and a good eye for consumer-friendly, intuitive design.
You are an expert in gathering requirements and writing functional specifications
