We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in the industry to join our Marketing Team.

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will develop and grow the Harvey Nichols digital footprint. You will report to the Head of CRM & Digital, your responsibilities include support with building and overseeing the Digital marketing strategy, acquiring new customers via digital channels and ensuring that Harvey Nichols is positioned in the most optimised way globally. The role will be primarily focused on optimising long-term customer relationships using SEO and SEM, direct to consumer segmentation strategies and all targeted promotional initiatives.


What you will be doing

Design, execute & scale-up media plans across a range of digital channels 

Deliver against digital media budget, ensuring spend is optimised by channel 
Collaboratively working with existing media agencies ensuring the best results are achieved 
Testing, analysing and reporting on campaigns, using results to continuously optimise acquisition activity 
Support and integrate mobile, work with social media teams to ensure acquisition strategies are aligned
Drive digital acquisition internationally across paid search, SEO, display, affiliates, paid social, mobile and other key channels
Manage PPC, Display, Google Display and Paid Social channels and manage the relationship with external agencies where needed
Keep up to date on digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities to drive online acquisition
Run segmentation analysis and develop strategic tactics for re-targeting
Conduct keyword analysis to optimise on-page and off-page SEO
Support in-store marketing activity via digital channels
Run A/B testing to identify areas for improvement
Oversee attribution and analytics for the digital marketing team
Lead and develop team of 2


Skills and experience you need

You will have at least 5 years Digital, Online, SEO & SEM experience within retail industry
You will have preferably a multi-channel luxury retailer background with experience of social and online
You will have a demonstrate solid understanding and experience of Digital Marketing in luxury sector
You will have an experience in analysing data, using Google Analytics or similar
You will have a strong presentation and writing skills
You will have an excellent communication skills
