DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (12 MONTH FTC) - CHISWICK, WEST LONDON 

Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering our digital campaigns and performance digital media. We are particularly looking to for a candidate with extensive search background and programmatic experience.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Assist the Head of Digital Marketing in developing the Harvey Nichols Digital Strategy that will acquire customers and retain existing ones
  • To lead on the day-to-day delivery of the Digital Strategy which will include:
    • Managing the digital media agencies’ on a day-to-day basis ensuring the campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
    • Managing our digital partners on a day-to-day basis (this could include Facebook, Twitter, Google etc.)
    • Working closely with Editorial, Marketing and Buying teams to ensure consistency of brand and customer message
  • Drive high-volume organic search growth and advocate for SEO best practices
  • Provide tactical SEO recommendations for new product launches, website updates and international expansions, work on implementation in cross-functional teams
  • Monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies to improve performance by implementing tests
  • Forecast, budget planning and management across all paid media
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify potential areas of growth
  • Conduct on-going analysis, key insights and recommendations to optimise performance of existing marketing channels and initiative support marketing planning (budgeting, identification of new markets, new channels etc.)

A bit about your experience: 

  • Bachelor Degree: Marketing or related (or equivalent experience)
  • Significant experience in Digital Marketing either client side or agency
  • Experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns including direct response campaigns
  • Luxury experience desirable
  • Experience managing a team
