We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst who will provides operational and technical support to computer users and will install and configure personal computers, printers, Desk Phones and peripheral equipment. As a Desktop Support Analyst you will use the Helpdesk function to resolve tickets and pick up on escalation tickets from the 1st line service desk.
What you will be doing
Deliver 2nd line Service Desk support (break/fix problems and service requests)
Work with other members of the Service Desk to ensure end-to-end IT support
Acting as an escalation point for 1st Line on any tickets they are unable to solve
Roll out laptops and PC’s for end users
Setting up Desk Phones (Cisco Call Manager)
Manage O365 Administration (Exchange online)
Manage Exchange On-Premise Administration (End user mailboxes)
Manage Cisco Meraki network devices
Manage and maintain the Service Now Helpdesk Function
Analyse problems both technical and operational
Assists in the support of administrative computer-based applications
Identifies software application, network and hardware malfunctions and takes appropriate action to resolve issues
Skills and experience you need
You have at least 3 years experience in IT
You will have at least 1 years experience in Desktop Support
You have knowledge in Windows Imaging, Hardware Support and Windows Active Directory
You are have a passion for customer service excellence
You are a natural communicator at all levels
You have a can-do attitude
