We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst who will provides operational and technical support to computer users and will install and configure personal computers, printers, Desk Phones and peripheral equipment. As a Desktop Support Analyst you will use the Helpdesk function to resolve tickets and pick up on escalation tickets from the 1st line service desk.


What you will be doing

  • Deliver 2nd line Service Desk support (break/fix problems and service requests)
  • Work with other members of the Service Desk to ensure end-to-end IT support
  • Acting as an escalation point for 1st Line on any tickets they are unable to solve
  • Roll out laptops and PC’s for end users
  • Setting up Desk Phones (Cisco Call Manager)
  • Manage O365 Administration (Exchange online)
  • Manage Exchange On-Premise Administration (End user mailboxes)
  • Manage Cisco Meraki network devices
  • Manage and maintain the Service Now Helpdesk Function
  • Analyse problems both technical and operational
  • Assists in the support of administrative computer-based applications
  • Identifies software application, network and hardware malfunctions and takes appropriate action to resolve issues


Skills and experience you need

  • You have at least 3 years experience in IT
  • You will have at least 1 years experience in Desktop Support
  • You have knowledge in Windows Imaging, Hardware Support and Windows Active Directory
