What you will be doing

  • Maintain the smooth running of the Brasserie, including the preparation prior to service, overseeing the service and supervising after service duties
  • Be devoted to our customers in the Brasserie by providing the highest possible standards of customer service in a fast paced atmosphere
  • Develop a thorough working knowledge and understanding of all items stocked in the Brasserie and listed on the  Brasserie menu, and provide this information to customers where necessary
  • Maintain operational standards in the Brasserie relating to: Drinks and food service, Ordering and billing procedures, and cashing up allocated till drawers
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it

Skills and experience you need      

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a high volume restaurant setting
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
