What you will be doing

  • Support the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef De Parties across the kitchen
  • Provide ideas and opinions over menu development and changes
  • Support the Chef De Parties to ensure Mise-en-Place is ready for service
  • Carry out stocktaking and stock control
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • You will be required to work weekends and evenings

Skills and experience you need

  • At least 1 years’  Demi Chef De Partie experience
  • Good knife skills
  • Elementary food hygiene
