CRM SERVICE SPECIALIST - CHISWICK, WEST LONDON 

The CRM Service Specialist will be responsible for supporting and administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. The candidate will also be heavily involved in the implementation of the project and will have the opportunity to deploy best practice for the operation of the platform.

The Technology team aim to provide a service worthy of a 5* luxury brand which means we are impeccable in delivering our activities with the highest levels of customer service. This role requires a strong team player who relishes responsibility and is passionate about improving service.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Responsible for support, administration and configuration of Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud
  • Accountable for the successful implementation of the Salesforce feature backlog
  • Monitor data quality from integrated systems
  • Create and maintain documentation for end-users and IT teams
  • Build and maintain relationship with Salesforce support and professional service teams
  • Provide support, as part of wider team, to existing loyalty system and connected applications
  • Work with multiple IT teams when troubleshooting incidents and problems

A bit about your experience: 

  • 2+ years hands on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration and optimisation for Marketing and Service Cloud
  • Ability to create Salesforce workflow rules, new pages, validation rules, formula fields and approval processes
  • Knowledge of API integrations between Salesforce products and other applications
  • Knowledge of web languages such as HTML and Javascript or similar client-side scripting
  • Understanding of ITIL and Agile processes
  • Experience of working and delivering in projects
