We are seeking a CRM Assistant who will support the CRM communication manager and wider team with the build and deployment of targeted communication to loyalty and non-loyalty base. Feeding back insights from campaign to ensure that plan is evolving based on factual information gathered campaign by campaign. Engaging with customers to increase basket size, visits to stores and online and overall sales to Harvey Nichols.
What you will be doing
Assist with end-to-end execution of CRM marketing channels for Harvey Nichols Rewards, E commerce and OXO customers including automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
Coordinate and update campaign marketing calendar
Attend weekly briefing meetings with Trade, Editorial, Marketing
Liaise with stakeholders to define customer segments for campaigns
Ensure campaigns are signed off by applicable stakeholders
Schedule, test and deploy campaigns
Implement email testing strategies and report on key findings
Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance
Monitor and report on competitor activity
Build relationships with multiple teams to ensure email & app programme is optimised and efficient
Monitor automated ‘customer journey’ campaigns and work with CRM communications Manager to improve performance and seek new opportunities
Skills and experience you need
You will have at least 1 years' experience working within digital marketing
You will have experience working across CRM campaigns
You will have great attention to detail with a creative and analytical flare
You will have strong communication skills
You have a proactive attitude
You are a passion for fashion
You are persuasive and articulate
You have a “can do it” attitude
