We are looking for a skilled Manager that will proactively increase the business on existing clients and by introducing new accounts.

• To develop new existing business within the area through setting up strategic business meetings
• Build customer loyalty and support
• Work collaboratively as part of team to deliver excellence in customer service
• Effective diary management to ensure maximum efficiency
• Co-ordinating any in house or external events and to act as the face of the business to guests
• Proactively driving business to the site through key drivers
• Attending local networking events
• Holding approx. 5 meetings with target companies a week to showcase the venue
• Completing function sheets to the company standard and communicating special business and events to management
• Managing the agreed event calendar for the unit
• Managing the reservations system (Quadranet) and working closely with the Brasserie Manager to ensure future reservations are maximised and that all parameters and flags are constantly adjusted to maximise productivity

Candidate requirements:
• Driven and determined to meet targets
• Have experience of working with the hospitality sector in both Sales and Operational capacity
• At least 3 years of sales experience
• Demonstrate a genuine drive for results and entrepreneurial instincts
• Be a strong networker and relationship builder
• Be highly organised with strong diary management skills
• Be pro-active and driven and maximise your time effectively
• Develop great working relationships through having a confident, articulate and personable approach
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and strong written communication skills

Candidates should note that this is not always a 9-5 position and that you will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
