Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge are excited to announce an opportunity for six new members of staff to join their thriving Corporate Services team over the Christmas period. We are expecting a busy Christmas and are looking for bright, dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to provide a complete account managed service to our valued corporate customers.
The role will be avaliable from October 17th until December 23rd, with the potential for extention into mid-January.
This role requires you to be in the Knightsbridge store from Monday to Friday.
What you will be doing
Proactively responding to gifting opportunities and incoming event enquiries in a timely manor with accurate quotation provided.
Good understanding of the Harvey Nichols hamper range and gifting services available.
Understanding gifting client requirements and budget, then suggesting appropriate products.
Providing an end-to-end service, to quote, process and oversee despatch of a client order.
Invoicing, and handling payments remotely.
Dealing with proof of delivery reports and any customer service issues where required.
Answering enquiries via telephone and email for prospects and customers.
Dealing with the warehouse and our shop floor team regarding order despatch.
A bit about your experience
Good understanding of Excel and capability to calculate percentage discounts and create invoices
Great communication skills
Ability to send customer facing emails and confidently liaise with clients over the telephone
