About the role…

As Concessions and Marketplace Coordinator  you will produce accurate information and documentation to support decision making within the department, through effective administration of the department.

You will:

  • Manage and maintain all department information through updating the concession and marketplace contract logs and the contract management system (SNOW).
  • Ensure all concession and marketplace files are up to date with the latest documentation and communication, covering all contractual and legal duties.
  • Manage the renewal/ sign up/ termination process from start to finish, ensuring that brands respond in a timely manner and that the Concessions & Marketplace Manager or Marketplace Account Manager is made aware of any issues or possible delays.
  • Generate, review and analyse all CreditSafe financial reports and make recommendations to the Concessions & Marketplace Manager. If CreditSafe reports are not available, requesting the relevant management accounts from the brand.
  • Sharing new brand checklist with brands following signing of contracts. Providing the information to the relevant teams and Concessions & Marketplace Manager or Marketplace Account Manager to ensure all tasks are completed ahead of launch.
  • To assist the Marketplace Account Manager and handle incoming brand queries.
  • To set up consignment brands and product for Marketplace brands.
  • To monitor and flag any issues with brands marketplace functional performance (e.g. not meeting customer service or delivery timeframes).
  • Request and coordinate brand look books/product launches to drive press and marketing with concession activity.
  • Build supplier and department relations through regular and effective communication with brands as well as internal contacts in IT, marketing, warehouse and stores.
  • Input and upload all range review, forecasts and budget sales and NAM for concessions.
  • Generate reporting on concession and marketplace brand performance, ensuring data is accurate and clear

Is this you?

  • Previous experience of working in a retail environment
  • Ideally a Law/Business or Commercial background
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret and analyse financial data
  • Great planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, at all levels
  • Ability to present complex data in a simple format
  • Able to show initiative - Takes ownership for making things happen
  • Are able to work well independently and within a team
