Our concession business continues to grow year on year, we currently have 185 concessions across all families of business including, womenswear, menswear, accessories, beauty and food. To continue this growth an effective administrator is an essential part of the team. This is an administrative role with an edge with plenty of career opportunities.
What you will be doing:
Produce accurate information and documentation to support decision making within the department, through effective administration of the department.
Manage and maintain all department information through updating the concession contract log
Keep all concession files are up to date with the latest documentation and communication, covering all contractual and legal duties.
Prepare all draft and final concession contracts, for new and renewal brands.
Review financial reports and make recommendations to the Concessions Account Manager.
Deal with any less complex contractual and operational issues
Collate concession activity, planning strategy and concepts in line with HN’s marketing calendar and the launch of new brands.
Collate brand seasonal look books to support with editorial activity.
About your experience:
An understanding of concession type business
You will have previous experience of working in a luxury retail environment, ideally in an administrative role
Ideally a Law Graduate
