PASTRY COMMIS CHEF – OXO

With three amazing venues situated on the eighth floor or one of the most iconic landmarks in London, OXO is searching for a new Pastry Commis Chef to join its thriving restaurants on the Southbank. As the new Pastry Commis Chef, you will work 46 hours a week in our Brasserie/ restaurant.

About the role…

As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

  • To clean and prepare the section in accordance with set procedures as directed by the supervisor/senior team members.
  • To operate and clean equipment with due regard to safety, correct method, as instructed on the guide.
  • To ensure the work area are kept clean and tidy all the time.
  • Develop a high level of food knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain good housekeeping and correct standard of hygiene.
