Clean and prepare foodstuffs as directed/ supervised by senior staff
To operate and clean equipment with due regard to safety, correct method, as instructed and in accordance with the manufactures’ instructions
Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
The role is full time working 45 hours a week, including evenings and weekends. This role is based on a working pattern of 4 days on and 3 days off.
You will be based at our beautiful 4th floor restaurant on St Andrew Square, a short walk from Waverley Station
Skills and experience you need
Experience in a similar role within fine dining restaurant
Good knife skills
Elementary food hygiene
