What you will be doing

  • Support all Senior chefs across the kitchen
  • Clean and prepare foodstuffs as directed/ supervised by senior staff
  • To operate and clean equipment with due regard to safety, correct method, as instructed and in accordance with the manufactures’ instructions
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • The role is full time working 45 hours a week, including evenings and weekends. This role is based on a working pattern of 5 days on and 2 days off. 

Skills and experience you need

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good knife skills
  • Elementary food hygiene
