We are seeking a Commercial & International Marketing to join our Digital Marketing team at Harvey Nichols.
As a Commercial & International Marketing, your role will report into the Head of CRM & Digital Marketing. This role is integral to the customer marketing team and the wider business. This role will help to shape the commercial marketing strategy and drive the company’s vision. The main responsibilities are to assist the Head of CRM & Digital Marketing to oversee, manage and develop the commercial partnerships strategy for both domestic and international markets.
What you will be doing
Oversee and manage the business relationship with commercial partnerships to drive the international & domestic strategy forward
Oversee and manage key international partnerships to increase international footfall and revenue including but not limited to WeChat, Ctrip, Alipay and Visa China
Oversee and manage all commercial & international marketing partnerships; responsible for generating revenue e.g. American Express and generate new revenue streams through broadening the scope of partners
Producing commercial evaluations of potential marketing initiatives and partnerships, advising on whether or not they will be commercially viable and beneficial
Monitoring performance of initiatives, deriving recommendations for improvement and presenting figures and findings to the board
Creating board business cases, if internal investment is required, for sign off on partnership initiatives
Skills and experience you need
You will have a degree in business management or similar experience (4+ years’ experience)
You will have strong negotiation and influencing skills
You will have ability to work with multiple continuous data sources
You will able to deliver multiple projects with varying timelines simultaneously
You are passionate about customers, innovation and the company brand
You are self-motivated and show initiative
You are confident, ambitious and outgoing personality
You have a “can do it” attitude
