Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for an In Store Cleaner to join our Manchester Department store. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. About the role…
A Cleaners duties and responsibilities can include general cleaning of a building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. This can include vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling.

• Ensure that all store areas are kept very clean and in proper working order.
• Cleaning including vacuuming when needed, sweep and mop.
• Assist Administration in areas as needed, including fixing, installing and maintaining various equipment and materials.
• Follow maintenance/custodial checklist for daily duties.
• Ensure all information regarding employees, staff and students is kept confidential.
• Address staff and Customer needs and issues as they arise.
• Keep current with store security policies and procedures.
• Participate with other staff in promoting good teamwork.
• Recommend measures to improve methods, performance and quality of product or service, and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
