PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE – OXO

With three amazing venues situated on the eighth floor or one of the most iconic landmarks in London, OXO is searching for a new Chef de Partie to join its thriving restaurants on the Southbank. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, OXO has a place for you.

As the new Pastry Chef de Partie, you will work 40 hours a week in our Brasserie/ restaurant.

About the role…

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

  • Prepare to work with Pastry Head Chef and Sous Chefs to carry out duties
  • To produce and serve pastries in accordance with the recipes
  • Develop a high level of food knowledge
  • Manage and maintain good housekeeping and correct standard of hygiene
  • All Mise en place is of a high standard and ready for service at appropriate times of the day
