The Campaigns & Promotions Manager will report into the Head of Press, Marketing & Events.This role is integral to the customer marketing team and the wider business. This role will help to shape the marketing strategy and drive the company’s vision. The main responsibilities are to develop and execute the campaigns marketing strategy and drive / manage groupwide promotions including seasonal sales for the business. You will also manage the monthly campaigns and calendar campaigns budget, supported by the head of department.

What You Will Be Doing: 


  • Work with the wider marketing team to define the vision, brand position and strategy for customer campaigns and calendar moments throughout the year
  • Contributing to the overall Marketing & Creative Calendar
  • Contributing to the overall Promotional Calendar and taking accountability for driving groupwide promotions and ensuring they are delivered on-time and in budget


  • Lead 360-degree marketing campaigns across experiential, digital, influencer, media, PR & commercial to achieve the business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, buyers and wider business to identify opportunities and to drive sell-through during monthly campaigns and calendar dates, amplifying the message through appropriate channels
  • Create and distribute Campaign support packs for use internally and externally
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to deliver and maintain the annual Marketing & Creative Calendar


  • Partner with Online, Digital Marketing & Affiliates to ensure alignment and omni-channel approach to all Campaigns
  • Partner with CRM to establish acquisition / retention link for Campaigns
  • Partner with Social Media to ensure appropriate supporting content delivered for all Campaigns


  • Conduct stakeholder briefings on Campaigns and Calendar Moments for Harvey Nichols Group
  • Lead and deliver the briefs for each Campaign and groupwide promotions 
  • Set benchmark goals and KPIs for each marketing campaign / partnership 
  • Ensure all campaigns are forecast correctly and delivered within budget
  • Support all Regional Doors on Campaigns and commercial initiatives, ensuring consistency of message across all channels


  • Communicate Marketing Campaigns Strategy to business stakeholders (Buying, Finance, Marketing, PR, Retail, Online, Senior Management) and cascade through Department Managers and Regional Stores.
  • Report on relevant Marketing Campaigns and Partnerships to key stakeholders


A Little Bit About You: 

  • Passionate about customers and retail
  • Ability to work with stakeholders of all levels and able to operate both collaboratively as well as independently
  • Educated to degree level and able to understand data
  • Understanding of the luxury market
  • Attention to detail including copywriting and presentations
  • Comfortable dealing with a broad range of stakeholders including senior management
  • Able to work independently as a project manager to deliver campaigns and key promotions

A Little Bit About Your Experience: 

  • Previous experience of working with a global or luxury brand in marketing or communications
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Retail experience is a bonus but not a prerequisite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint
