We are seeking a Buying Administrator, to join our Menswear Buying team. As a Buying Administrator you will provide clerical and administrative support to the department to meet agreed departmental targets.

 

What you will be doing

·       Raise all planned orders and maintain delivery schedule

·       Chase and check supplier confirmation for discrepancies against the buyer worksheet

·       Send weekly sales figures to suppliers and build supplier relations

·       Identify and resolve Warehouse and Store queries quickly and efficiently

·       Review quality issues with the stores and take action on faulty stock as required

 

Skills and experience you need

·        You will have a previous experience of working in a luxury retail environment

·       You will have good Excel knowledge

·       You will have administration and organisation skills

-       You will have an attention to detail

·    Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

·    Good at building working relationships

·    Ability to work to stringent deadlines

·    Enthusiasm for problem solving

·    Passionate about Luxury fashion
