We are recruiting a new role for Beauty Bazaar that will be an amazing opportunity for the right person who has experience of eventing and corporate sales. Beauty Bazaar has been the go-to luxury beauty store for Harvey Nichols for the last 10 years in Liverpool One and we are excited to continue to develop and seek new business opportunities. The main aim will be to drive business for all areas of the store and generate corporate revenue for the Liverpool store. The primary aim of the role will be in cultivating existing relationships, generate leads and seek new avenues in which to gain new clients and drive revenue for stores.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Pro-actively research new clients and opportunities to promote Harvey Nichols Liverpool to drive sales
Proactively contribute to the onsite Retail meetings, working with the General Manager and Retail Managers to develop action plans to deliver each concept within the local market
Liaise and work with the Press and Marketing team to ensure that all corporate services and products are promoted in full within the local market and across all social media platforms
Work with Liverpool Private Shopping Team to grow Private shopping and Stylist Club shopping business.
Work closely with KB Corporate Sales Team, to maximise business opportunities across the Group.
Work with and support KB Corporate Sales Team on initiatives.
Be the Harvey Nichols Ambassador for the stores at all external events and network events
Liaise and support HO press to optimise PR opportunities
Manage Harvey Nichols regional corporate client database engaging, retaining, and growing the existing corporate client database ensuring key accounts are nurtured and developed.
Overseeing client expectations from initial meeting to final execution of event/following up and maintaining client relationships post event or order
Have sole responsibility for creating, developing and rolling out corporate event packages, primarily focusing on our Liverpool store event spaces
Drive corporate gifting revenue and work closely with stakeholders to shape the gifting offer
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors
Promote store services and experience-led initiatives, such as Personal Shopping, beauty services, hair salon, office or home delivery to corporate audience
Working with store teams to secure revenue and brand support from key partners to develop sponsored spaces and takeovers in regional stores
Develop stronger presence on LinkedIn for the regional stores to promote services and spaces.
