As a Brand Consultant for Dries van Noten, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profit through your knowledge of the brand and their products and understanding the needs of each and every customer.
Dries Van Noten is one of the influential ‘Antwerp Six’ design collective, Belgian designer Dries Van Noten launched his eponymous label in 1986. His eccentric womenswear collections are renowned for their heavy use of layering, contrasting prints, sharp colours and dynamic tailoring, which define his aesthetic. Today, Van Noten exclusively sells ready-to-wear fashion, as the acclaimed designer only believes in statement dressing that is both versatile and iconic.
What you will be doing
Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and via the telephone or email
Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales, delivering memorable customer experiences
Ensure that a base of regular customers is rapidly recognized and maintained by personal contact
Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends
Ensure effective stock replenishment and that merchandising is of a standard that is reflective of brand
Handle all point of sale transactions
