The Role

As the first point of contact you will be engaging with our customers providing them expert skin care and beauty advice.  You will approach every customer with the sole purpose of serving their every need whilst making it a fun and enjoyable 5* experience for you both! 

We currently have a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week, which would include working some weekends. The salary for this role is £20,475 per annum plus commission and great benefits.

What you will be doing

  • Build and expand the clients base through exceptional customer service and beauty knowledge.
  • Focus on maximise opportunities to achieve sales targets using all available channels of retailing.
  • Support the business in ensuring that Harvey Nichols is the “go-to” destination for beauty.
  • A Beauty expert, someone who can edit through the entire offer to guide the clients with the best products for every need, in our revolutionary and luxurious Beauty environment.
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it

Skills and experience you need

  • Beauty Artistry experience is required.
  • A passion for beauty and skincare with the confidence to work with a variety of different brands, recommending the best product for their customer.  
  • Self-motivated individual, capable of adapting to their ever changing surroundings. They will be required to support each beauty brand on a regular and frequent basis.
  • A sale motivated and targeted driven individual.
  • A can do attitude, who won’t shy away for a task.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
