We are looking for a Beauty Buying Administrator to join our Beauty Buying Team. As a Buying Administrator you will help the wider team nurture over 30 of the very best luxury beauty brands across cosmetics, skincare & fragrance. You will also be a key contact to store & e-commerce teams to ensure the growth of the beauty category at Harvey Nichols.
This role is to start immediately and it is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
What you will be doing
Create the weekly bestsellers report for internal teams across buying, marketing & online
Support the Assistant Buyer with key admin tasks such as replenishment orders, allocations, RTVs and price changes.
Assist in managing clerical tasks for promotional periods including seasonal sale, loyalty programme activity and gift with purchase
Work closely with the product marketing team and photo studio to ensure product launches are in line with on-counter dates and are scheduled in a timely manner
Ensure all online beauty products are accurately displayed and all information is correct and relevant for the customer on the website
Skills and experience you need
You will have a previous experience of working in a luxury retail environment
You will have a previous experience of working in an ecommerce or marketing role
You will have administration and organisation skills
You will have an attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Good at building working relationships
Ability to do multi-taking
Enthusiasm for problem solving
