About the role… 

  • Liaise with suppliers and warehouse to ensure timely arrival of stock. 
  • Raise weekly replenishment orders  
  • Create new products on system and raise launch orders. 
  • Maintain accurate and up to date delivery schedules. 
  • Resolve invoice and grn’ing queries. 
  • Respond to store queries and requests. 
  • Allocate, transfer and recall stock as required. 
  • Amend PAR levels on the system.  
  • Manage supplier returns, raise debit notes for returned goods and supplier funding. 
  • Update cost and retail prices, ensure the product file is accurate and keep ranges up to date. 
  • Ensure all queries are resolved quickly and effectively. 
  • Ensure stock levels are optimised through allocations, transfers, and returns. 
  • Develop good working relationships with the stores, warehouse, and suppliers. 
  • Send weekly sales figures to suppliers and build supplier and departmental relations through regular and effective communication. 
  • Prepare accurate stock and sales reports and analysis as requested. 
  • Ensure all orders are raised and sent within the given timeframes. 
  • Ensure all products are raised and maintained correctly on the system. 
  • Protect the sales margin, checking all orders before sending to suppliers.
