Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our amazing Bar team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making great cocktails and knowledgeable about all things wine and spirits.  

We have a part time contract available working up to 20 hours a week. Shift patterns including some evenings and weekends. The average hourly rate for this role is £14.50, this is comprised of a guaranteed base rate of £10.92 per hour and an estimated average earnings of around £3.58 per hour in TRONC and Tips.

You will be working in our bar overlooking St Andrew Square, only a short distance away from Waverley Station. 

What you will be doing

• Be devoted to our customers in the bar by providing the highest possible standards of customer service in a fast paced atmosphere
• Develop a thorough working knowledge and understanding of all items stocked in the bar and listed on the bar lists, and provide this information to customers where necessary
• Prepare drinks quickly, efficiently and with style to the very highest standards
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it

Skills and experience you need

• Experience as a Bartender in a high volume bar preferred, but not essential
• Passion for customer service
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
