BARTENDERS - CHRISTMAS TEMP NOVEMBER TO DECEMBER

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our amazing team on our second Floor Fine Dining Restaurant and a Cocktail Bar offering exceptional food and drink.. Working with the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar manager, you will have a thorough understanding of our drinks menu, service needs and be able to confidently lead a team of people.

We have 1 x  2 month contract available working 40 hours a week starting Novemer  Shift patterns including some evenings and weekends. The hourly rate for this role is £10,92 Per Hour

What you will be doing

• Be devoted to our customers in the bar by ensuring the highest possible standards of customer service in a fast-paced atmosphere – including resolving queries and complaints where they arise.
• Organise day to day running of the bar and ensure clear communication within your team and across Forth Floor.
• Drive and maximise sales, ensuring all drinks produced by the team are of the highest standard.
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it.

Skills and experience you need

• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience within a high volume bar.
• Passion for customer service.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
