We are currently looking for an Full Time (40 hours p/w) Assistant Department Manager to join the Cash Office in our Flagship Knightsbridge store
Assist in all aspects of running the Cash office including managing the team and meeting the banking, financial reporting and investigation deadlines. Assist in collating the financial reporting for Finance displaying already established ethics and goals
Deputising for Cash Office Manager in their absence.
Bank/ oversee the banking of the store takings and investigate till discrepancies.
Prepare and investigate EOP monthly reconciliations adhering to deadlines for review by Head Office
Investigate chargebacks/ disputes and requests for information from banks.
Ongoing review of Cash office procedures ensuring improvements are implemented and manage and develop Cash Office staff.
Monitor and manage Safe limits and remain within set insurance limits as well as monitor all till cash float movements
Record and monitor sterling and foreign currency expenses issued through KB
Monitor and promptly deal with issues that may arise with the service of external companies that provide a service for C/O.
Store paperwork according to audit requirements.
Establish strong relationships with our payment processors and other associates
Adhere and adapt to the AML processes and procedures
Take on reasonable requests from Cash Office Manager or Senior managers.
Qualifications and Experience required
