What you will be doing
Maintain the smooth running of the Brasserie, including the preparation prior to service, overseeing the service and supervising after service duties
Be devoted to our customers in the Brasserie by providing the highest possible standards of customer service in a fast paced atmosphere
Develop a thorough working knowledge and understanding of all items stocked in the Brasserie and listed on the  Brasserie menu, and provide this information to customers where necessary
Maintain operational standards in the Brasserie relating to: Drinks and food service, Ordering and billing procedures, and cashing up allocated till drawers
Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
This role is full time, 40 hours a week.  You will be required to work weekends and evenings

Skills and experience you need     
At least 1 years’ experience as a Assistant Manager in a high volume restaurant or brasserie
Managerial experience
Strong organisational skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
