We now have a fantastic opportunity available for an Assistant Buyer in our Menswear International Brands, Shoes and Accessories team.
As the Assistant Buyer, you will assist the Buyer with all operations of the buying function, from sales production to budget management.

Here’s what you will be doing:
Work with awesome brands, from Fendi to Off-White
Assist the Buyer in spotting seasonal trends
Assist the Buyer in budget management
Keep an eye on the competitors and produce regular comparative shopping reports
Catch up with Department Managers weekly to highlight key brands and fashion trends and review best and worst sellers by line
Produce sales history at brand and departmental level to support the Buyer with range plans and buying strategies
Ensure that all departmental information records are accurately maintained
Supervise, train and motivate the Buying Administrator
The Ideal Candidate
Skills and experience you need:
Previous experience as a Senior Buying Administrator (1-2years)
Previous experience in luxury fashion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational and planning skills and ability to work tight deadline
Good knowledge of PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
