As the new Assistant Bar Manager, you will work 42 hours a week in our Edinburgh store.

About the role…

As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will be helping prepare beverage for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

• Assist the bar operations team to ensure both customer and employee satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
• To ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
• Implementing and developing strategies working with bar manager to achieve these goals.
•  To work closely with senior management in developing the overall dynamic in the bar team
