As one of the few British luxury retailers offering our own home-grown apprenticeship, this is a unique opportunity to develop yourself in luxury surroundings with one of the most esteemed brands in the industry.
Our programme offers you a real job alongside off-the-job training. It takes 13 months to complete and includes a Maths and English Programme and an official End Point Assessment. 80% of the time (4 days per week) will be spent on the work floor and 20% of the time (1 day per week) will be dedicated to training. Training is a mixture of theory such as lectures, practical training such as industry visits and competitions, and time spent writing assessments and assignments. You will work alongside the Chef, demonstrating a strong interest in food products and dishes, showing apptidude and commitment to the learning process you will be encourged to participate in activities and functions within the kitchen environment.

You will be proactive and committed to the theory and classroom work that will support your learning and development through completion of all tasks and assignments involved in the Apprenticeship.
You will maintain safe use of equipement, develop excellent knife skills and follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines at all times, learning from Chefs who are experienced, knowledgable and keen to develop new talent.
