Why Harvey Nichols?
Harvey Nichols has always been a brand I have aspired to work for. Growing up in the Midlands it was my first introduction to a luxury department store. In addition to this, since working within marketing, I have always admired Harvey Nichols strong brand values and the playful approach to campaigns.
Describe your current role and who you work with
I am responsible for Rewards by Harvey Nichols. This includes both our app and the loyalty programme. It is quite a varied role and involves lots of engagement across the business which I love as I get to work with most departments.
What’s the best thing about working at Harvey Nichols?
The people. Obviously, you choose to apply for a job due to the role and company, however, once you are there your colleagues play a big part of your overall experience.
What’s your favourite part of your role?
The potential. Rewards has only been around for two years, it is still a relatively new loyalty programme and therefore the opportunities and scope we have is extremely exciting.
What gets you up in the mornings?
A cup of tea – Yorkshire tea to be precise. My brain can’t function without it.
