Refer a Friend
Since we already think you're the bee's knees, our Refer a Friend scheme is designed to encourage you to recommend equally talented and hardworking individuals to help Harvey Nichols grow. If your recommendation is successfully appointed, we will reward you with a tax-free payment of £400 (gross) for non-management positions and £1,000 (gross) for management roles.
London Travelcard (Knightsbridge and Head Office based employees)
The dreaded London commute: let us make it better. After the completion of your six month probation period, we offer a travelcard to all Head Office, OXO and Knightsbridge employees that allows travel throughout all London zones on all modes of transport. This amazing benefit is heavily subsided by the company and employees pay only a minimal contribution.
Season Ticket Loan (Knightsbridge and Head Office based employees)
To make your daily commute even more affordable, our employees are eligible to apply for a season ticket loan, on completion of their six month probationary period. This is then repaid interest free.
If your precious little bundles of joy aren't quite ready for school yet or need to be entertained in the school holidays, Harvey Nichols supports the government childcare voucher scheme allowing employees to pay for childcare vouchers through salary sacrifice.
On your Bike
We love to help our people to stay fit and healthy, so we not only support the government's Cycle to Work scheme, which allows our employees to spread the cost of purchasing a bike over 12 months and make savings through salary sacrifice, but also have our own in house bicycle loan scheme.
We provide eligible employees with vouchers for a free eye examination each year and if this examination shows you need some fearlessly stylish glasses for middle vision (VDU work) we will provide a generous contribution towards the cost of these.
