Each store has a staff council who meet once a month. The council is updated on changes in the business and are encouraged to voice their opinions.
We encourage our employees to put forward their ideas and suggestions for improving our business through our Suggestion Scheme. We actively reward employees who have put forward top suggestions that have been implemented at our various locations.
We Recognise Success

In order to recognise employees who have lived our Vision and Values and go above and beyond the call of duty, we regularly organise award ceremonies. All winners in attendance receive a prize presented by the Store Manager.
We also frequently arrange Cross Selling awards, in order to recognise our top sales staff across the business.
Regular Long Service presentations are organised at each of our locations, which allow us to demonstrate our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our long serving members of staff.
