Temporary Christmas Customer Service Experience Consultants

At Harvey Nichols we pride ourselves on delivering a 5* customer experience.  

Working within our contact centre, our Customer Service Experience Consultants are the 1st point of contact for all customer calls, email enquiries and complaints across the business.

Whether it’s getting our customers to the right in-store colleague; answering questions about our great loyalty programme or tracking down a delivery gone astray, we are here to help and delight our customers.    

Strong customer service skills are critical to the success of this role, as is the ability to build a good rapport with customers and work colleagues throughout the business

 We need you to:

-have proven experience of providing excellent service in a customer facing/contact centre environment  

- be flexible in your availability in line with our current operating hours (generally 9am-8pm Monday – Sunday)    

-be a confident communicator, with excellent grammatical accuracy and an eye for detail

-have a positive, can do attitude and an eagerness to learn

-most importantly, be fabulous yourself!

Our Customer Service Centre handles calls and emails from customers across the world, we would love to know if you speak more than one language.

We currently have full time and part time temporary roles to commence October 2017 through to January 2018.
