Description:

Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge are looking for a full time Projects Coordinator to join our busy Store Planning & Facilities department!

As projects coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Liaising with all contractors working within the store
  • Liaising with shop floor managers regarding brand openings & closures
  • Ensuring all contractor information is filed correctly
  • Monitoring & overseeing all in-store pop-ups
  • Assist Store Planning & Facilities team with any administrative duties

Skills, knowledge and experience required

  • A basic understanding of trades within the construction industry
  • Customer service driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to multi task
