I first joined Harvey Nichols as a sales consultant in the Men's Contemporary Department in the London's Knightsbridge store, but before too long was working as a Buying Administrator in the Head Office.
I have been promoted several times during my time with Harvey Nichols, moving from Buying to the Press & Marketing Department. After working as a Press Assistant, lending clothes to key magazines and newspapers to promote Harvey Nichols and evaluating press coverage, I moved over to the newly created Publishing Team.
As Publishing Manager, I led a team of very creative people, publishing the quarterly Harvey Nichols magazine, as well as the monthly account card holders booklet and www.harveynichols.com
Now as Group Online Content and Publishing Manager I am responsible for all the editorial content on our website, customer emails, any printed customer material we produce as well as our social media.
